1. Does your website list everything you carry? No, we have a larger selection of products in our store – we’ve limited our website to the items that we can more easily sell online and ship without challenges. Additional items you can find in our store include a selection of cheeses, frozen food items including pies and meats and gift items – including souvenirs, china and more.
  2. I am looking for a specific item – can you special order it in for me?  Yes we can try – let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll check with our suppliers to see if they carry it – if they do we’ll order it and call you once it arrives.
  3. Do you ship? Yes we can ship across Canada.  We ship via Canada Post and charge you exactly what they charge us.  There are no handling fees or mark ups!  Place your order online, and we will call you within 48 hours to confirm your order, shipping costs and to collect payment.
  4. Why can’t I pay for my order online?  At this time we have not set up a method for online payment.  We will call you to collect your payment information over the phone, after which we will ship your order to the address you provided.
  5. Do you sell gift cards?  Yes we can sell gift cards in any denomination you’d like.  They make for a great gift!
  6. Do you sell gift-baskets?  Yes, we build custom gift baskets – tell us what you’d like and we’ll create a custom basket unlike any other.
